Deutsche hooks 27 for rights issue

Deutsche Bank appointed eight joint bookrunners to manage the Eu9.8bn rights issue it announced on Sunday afternoon in a deal that will be shared by a further 19 banks in the junior syndicate. Such is the demand for the deal that there will be no sub-underwriting of the transaction.
