Lonrho re-opens UK mid-cap convert market
Lonrho, the AIM-listed African business specialist, launched a $70m convertible on Friday in the first UK mid-cap equity-linked deal since the financial crisis. ISM Capital, the boutique investment bank, is managing the deal which is expected to price later on Friday.
