Axiom launches on new schedule

Axiom Telecom, the Dubai-based mobile phone retailer, opened books on its $231m-$382m initial public offer on Monday — a deal being billed as make-or-break for the Dubai exchange — after a six week pre-marketing period that was extended to accommodate public holidays in the region.
