Verge of success for Prime Office after early close

UniCredit and Berenberg Bank had, by Wednesday evening appeared to have salvaged a Eu213.9m IPO for German property firm Prime Office from the ashes of its Eu337m deal postponed last week, paving the way for the company to achieve full real estate investment trust-status.
