BofI reveals more on rights issue
Bank of Ireland revealed further details of its restructuring plan on Wednesday in a transaction which could take government ownership as high as 87.7%. Bankers involved in the Eu4.35bn capital raising declined to speculate on likely investor take-up for what could be a rights issue as big as Eu2.23bn.
