Bper gets go-ahead for tender, capital raise

Banca popolare dell’Emilia Romagna received EGM approval for capital strengthening measures that will see it tender for shares in some of its listed subsidiaries. It also has authorisation to redeem a subordinated convertible in shares, and to issue up to €250m in new convertible bonds.
