Mediobanca in charge of €486m Uni-Sai stick
The seven joint bookrunners of the twin €1.1bn capital increases for Unipol and Fondiaria-Sai were on Tuesday left subscribing to €458m of unsold stock at the completion of the rights issues. Speculation suggested that Mediobanca has already been in the market to begin the disposal process on behalf of the syndicate.
