Danske dealmakers constrained, shares slump
Danske Bank shares slumped on Wednesday after completing a Dkr7.15bn ($1.24bn) capital raise overnight, finishing the day 3.2% below the offer price and 13.2% below the unaffected price for a deal that sold 8.3% of the pre-deal share capital.
