Kcell to float 25% in UK and Kazakhstan

Kcell, Kazakhstan’s largest mobile telecoms firm, set out plans for a London and domestic IPO on Tuesday, which is expected before the end of 2012. Teliasonera will sell up to 25% of the fast-growing firm in the deal.
