Popular prepares as advisers line up €2.5bn underwriting
Banco Popular Español is expected to launch a €2.5bn rights issue on Monday with discussions about underwriting the deal continuing this week and a line up still to be confirmed ahead of the shareholder meeting to approve the deal will take place on Saturday.
