Imtech extends rights after more bad news
Royal Imtech on Thursday delayed the close of a €500m rights issue by a week, after releasing a trading update setting out yet more losses. The Dutch provider of technical services for buildings is raising the capital to cover losses resulting from irregularities at a Polish subsidiary.
