New Executive Director roles at the SCEncik Nik Mohd Hasyudeen Yusoff and Ms Foo Lee Mei have been appointed to the Management Committee of the Securities Commission Malaysia (SC) as Executive Directors effective 1 January 2012. They will continue to remain Executive Chairman, Audit Oversight Board (AOB) and General Counsel of the SC respectively.
