Fat Face and Card Factory tap into appetite for UK retail
An IPO for UK clothing chain Fat Face should tap into investors’ continuing appetite for the retail sector, according to bankers close to the transaction. The high street retailer announced its long expected intention to float on the London Stock Exchange on Thursday, the same day as card retailer Card Factory began bookbuilding for an IPO that could value it as high as £954m.
