Ospel puts himself up for re-election
UBS responded to criticism of its management after $13.7bn of subprime asset writedowns by proposing that chairman Marcel Ospel and other board members stand for re-election at the AGM on April 23 and all directors will in the future have their terms of office cut to one year.
