Bookrunners build syndicate for Pru's £13.9bn record breaker: Monday's European ECM wrap
Bookrunners Credit Suisse, HSBC and JPMorgan Cazenove have contacted 25 banks to help them underwrite the £13.9bn rights issue of UK insurer Prudential. Co-lead manager and co-manager positions for the rights issue will be announced by Wednesday.
