Dauphin Oudea crowned at SG, Bouton deposed
Just one month after being promoted to deputy chief executive of Société Générale, Frédéric Oudea is set to be made chief executive of the bank, displacing incumbent Daniel Bouton, who is stepping down to be non-executive chairman. The appointment must be confirmed by the board on May 12.
