Dreesbach quits RBS for WestLB and Düsseldorf

Stefan Dreesbach, one of Royal Bank of Scotland’s key frequent borrower bankers has quit to join WestLB in Düsseldorf where he will take up the position of global head of debt markets and member of the divisional board.
