New issue premium under review in Westpac’s seven year euro

Westpac Banking Corporation is issuing a Eu1.75bn seven year bond on Tuesday afternoon. Leads Deutsche Bank, HSBC and Royal Bank of Scotland have revised guidance from 120bp area to 118bp after building a book of about Eu4bn.
