Elliff leaves DCM in RBS reshuffle

In a reshuffle of its debt capital markets business, Royal Bank of Scotland has moved Mike Elliff from running the bank’s CEEMEA debt origination franchise to a new role away from DCM as global head of energy and resources, EuroWeek has learned.
