Santander to launch sub for senior exchange
Santander Consumer Finance is offering to exchange a Eu500m lower tier two issue into senior paper. The bank will exchange the September 2016 issue, which has a call date later this year, at par for a new five year senior trade. The new issue has a September 2016 maturity and offers 160bp over three month Euribor.
