EC reveals master plan to end crisis

The European Commission proposed a swift and strict recapitalisation of the banking sector on Wednesday. It also called for more efficient use of energy, a new copyright law and a common legal base for cross-border electronic signature verifications among its wish-list of measures designed to “deliver future stability and growth at once and to the full.”
