Transelectrica given cold shoulder, BCR only bidder

Romania suffered a fresh setback in its stuttering privatisation programme on Thursday with banks declining to even submit tenders to manage a $60m secondary public offer of a 15% stake in Transelectrica, the country’s electricity grid company.
