Lecta all set to wrap up FRN exchange, €590m new issue

Lecta, a southern European paper maker owned by CVC, is due to wrap up an exchange offer for the remainder of its 2014 senior secured floating rate notes on Friday — the day on which it is also hoping to price a new €590m issue of senior secured bonds.
