Kawasan reopens Asian high yield bonds
Indonesian property firm Kawasan Industri Jababeka raised $175m late last week, becoming the first Asian company to sell a high yield bond in two months. But the firm had to pay a steep premium to the outstanding bonds of other developers from the country.
