Bankers eye outsiders after Singapore bank capital duo

Two Singaporean banks turned to their local investor base to raise capital this week, but bankers hope to cast a wider net and are trying to encourage banks from outside the city-state to boost their capital levels in the local market, writes Jun Ebias.
