Infrastructure India announces £41m recap, switch of advisers

Infrastructure India, a London listed fund, set out to raise £41m in fresh equity to cover working capital needs, debt repayment and equity requirements at one of its portfolio companies. The deal is being offered at a deep discount to net asset value but a premium to the share price.
