High yield defaults still steady, but set to rise
Speculative grade defaults are steady, according to Moody’s, though it expects them to rise. The trailing 12 month rate dipped to 2.8% in July, from the previous month’s revised 2.9% — though this was well up on July 2011’s 1.9% rate.
