Gazprom signs up to sumptuous September for Russian ECP issuers
Gazprom is set to become the latest Russian issuer to print euro commercial paper in September, with a three month dollar deal set to close on Friday. The deal will come exactly one week after Globex Bank sold its second clip in seven days.
