Air Liquide markets socially responsible bond

Air Liquide, the French industrial gases group rated A by Standard & Poor’s, has mandated Crédit Agricole as structuring adviser and Citigroup, HSBC and Société Générale as joint bookrunners to arrange meetings for a bond the borrower hopes will attract socially responsible investors.
