TMF Group ready to sell €580m HY debut on Friday

TMF Group, the Dutch business services provider owned by Doughty Hanson, is preparing to sell its debut high yield bond today (Friday). Bookrunners released guidance for the €580m B1/B rated senior secured floating rate notes and Caa1/CCC+ rated senior fixed rate notes on Thursday.
