Orix Corp. appoints rare names for dim sum debut

The Japanese finance company has appointed joint bookrunners to lead a three-year dim sum bond deal that could worth as much as Rmb400 million. The bookrunners include Boom Securities and Mizuho, which are rare names in bond arranging.
