ENCE brings Spanish high yield back to market
After last week’s deal flurry, the market is now getting what many bankers asked for: a Spanish debut high yield issuer. ENCE Energia y Celulosa, a producer of pulp and biomass energy, is the first Iberian speculative grade issuer to announce a deal this year, hoping to raise €250m with its first bond.
