Winterflood joins Orb as ninth market maker

Winterflood Securities has become the ninth market maker on the London Stock Exchange’s Orderbook for Retail Bonds, and the first Gilt-edged market maker to take part. The announcement came as the Orb — the LSE’s platform for retail bond issuance and trading — reached its third anniversary. Issuers raised £1.5bn on the platform in 2012 and over £3bn in the three years it has been in business.
