Optimistic issuers risk missing market window

CEEMEA issuers should be taking advantage of a stronger and much more stable market, debt bankers said on Monday. Borrowers’ preferred deal sizes may be out of reach and new issue premiums an unwelcome necessity, but conditions are unlikely to get much more constructive after the summer, they said.
