Deals delayed in rallying market
Optimistic borrowers are staying away from the market for the time being, waiting to see if they can squeeze an extra basis point or two from their transactions in a few days’ time. However GE Capital European Finance and Volvo Treasury both issued deals yesterday, and German truck firm MAN and Polish telecoms group TPSA are marketing deals today.
