NAMA details released, capital raising possibilities debated

The details of Irish government’s National Asset Management Agency were released on Wednesday, prompting shares in Irish banks to rise even though Bank of Ireland and Allied Irish Banks are likely to require Eu5bn more capital in the next year or so.
