Nomos starts IPO at 1.4x-1.6x book value

Nomos Bank began taking orders for a $600m-$700m London and Moscow IPO on Tuesday in a deal that will set it up to pursue its acquisition ambitions while allowing one minority shareholder an almost complete exit.
