Tight pricing, late rebates forces CIMC to pull USD bond

China International Marine Containers (CIMC) failed to price a five year USD denominated bond on Wednesday night. One banker said weak secondary bond markets and the fact that the credit was unrated made it difficult to meet the issuer’s pricing expectations, but others pointed to poor execution from the joint global coordinators.
