September dread is back again

As a banker, I used to have a lot of things to look forward to. The morning breakfasts at the Mandarin Oriental, the lunch sessions at Discovery Bay Golf Club and the dinner get-togethers at the InterContinental Steak House - they were all part and parcel of doing business.
