Dhami returns to market as Rabo syndicate boss

Harman Dhami has joined Rabobank as head of DCM syndicate, succeeding Paul Vanner, who, after a sabbatical, will return to Rabo to further develop the bank's MTN platform.

Before Rabobank, Dhami worked at RBS, finishing at head of financial institutions and hybrid capital syndicate, but left the firm in November 2016.

Geoffroy Donatien will also be joining Rabobank's syndicate desk next year, focusing on SSAs and reporting to Dhami.
