New York Supreme Court kicks Italian CMBS dispute to Milan

A legal battle between US private equity firm Blackstone and Italian media group RCS over an Italian CMBS will be settled in Milan, the New York state Supreme Court decided on Wednesday.

Justice Saliann Scarpulla ruled that the case would be put on hold following the outcome of the Italian arbitration. The process could take up to a year, according to sources.
