Price talk emerges on Thomson Reuters buyout loans

Arranging banks have released price talk on the $8bn of loans financing the leveraged buyout of Thomson Reuters’ Financial & Risk business.

Banks are marketing $8bn of loans in dollars and euros to investors this week, to support Blackstone, GIC and the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board’s $17bn acquisition of a 55% stake in Thomson Reuter’s Financial & Risk business.
