Tullow Oil to roadshow for debut bond with HY docs

Tullow Oil, the London-listed company that explores for oil in Africa, will start a roadshow for a $500m debut bond on Friday.

The seven year, non-call three senior unsecured bond is structured with high yield documents and is expected to be rated B1 by Moody’s. The agency rates Tullow Ba2. Tullow will use the proceeds to repay drawings under its credit facilities, which it will not cancel.
