STS third-party verifier Prime Collateralised Securities (PCS) has hired Harry Noutsos as a managing director in market outreach.

Noutsos most recently worked at ING Group, where he was the global head of ABS responsible for divesting a legacy securitization portfolio worth €18bn.

Before ING, Noutsos was a senior structurer at Banco Santander, building out the structuring and modelling capabilities of the ABS team. He joined Santander in 2007, leaving a position behind as vice president at Bank of America.

His first role was as an analyst at Credit Suisse, which he started in 2001, giving Noutsos 20 years of experience in the industry.

“With his extensive background in both the buy side and the sell side, Harry is now part of PCS’s Outreach team where we look forward to his enthusiasm in deepening our relationships with all our stakeholders,” said PCS in an announcement on Monday.

Market experts set up PCS as a third party verifier ahead of the STS label which debuted in January 2019.

The firm has gone on to provide the majority of STS-eligible deals with regulatory approval after stamping its first RMBS in March 2019.
