EBA, ESMA float technical standards for STS

Regulators responsible for drawing up the technical standards for the 'simple, transparent, standardised' (STS) framework for European securitization have published five draft consultation papers, seeking industry comment through March.

The European Banking Authority (EBA) and the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) published the documents in December. The EBA is seeking industry comment through March 15 and ESMA will take comments until March 19.
