* Ravindra Joseph, a managing director and head of European securitization at Morgan Stanley in London, has resigned from the firm. She will be replaced by Ellen Brunsberg, who works in the commercial mortgage unit, also in London.
* Dik Blewitt, a managing director at Banc of America Securities, was recently named head of structured sales. The position, which is a new one, was created as part of the broader reorganization of the fixed income group. Blewitt is in charge of structured credit sales to customers including hedge funds, reinsurance companies and endowments. He has been in the job for a couple months and the position was formally announced in a recent memo. Blewitt reports to Mike McLaughlin, head of global structured products, and Bob Johnson, head of asset securitization and investment-grade sales.
* Jefferies & Co. has hired Sean Sullivan from Banc of America Securities as a managing director in investment banking. He will specialize in originating new capital markets transactions from industrial-focused companies. Sullivan reports to Ted Cook, also a managing director. Cook started at Jefferies in September.
* Richard Baldwin has joined Gartmore Investment Management as a buy-side credit analyst for its fixed-income portfolio. Baldwin, who previously worked as a corporate bond analyst at RBC Financial Group, reports to Karl Bergqwist, head of credit research at Gartmore.
* Judy Kim, a government bond saleswoman, has moved to RBS Greenwich Capital from Citigroup Global Markets. She joins the liquid products sales team in San Francisco as part of RBSGC's continued expansion on the West Coast.
* JPMorgan Chase recently tapped Klaus Distler as a v.p in the structured products team. He started last month and will focus on originating securitizations out of Germany and Austria. He previously worked at Bayerische Landesbank.
* Fiona Dickinson, formerly an analyst at Standard & Poor's in London, has moved to Standard Life Investments as a portfolio manager to help handle its investments in European corporate bonds.
