BAML warns against deteriorating online loan performance

Some marketplace ABS lenders are seeing cumulative net losses on a par with those of traditional subprime lenders, fueling concerns over the sector’s sustainability in a recession, according to a Bank of America Merrill Lynch report published Monday.
