Preschool, pet store franchises bring inaugural whole biz deals

Primrose School Franchising Company and Pet Supplies Plus Funding are in market with whole business securitizations, a first foray into the ABS market for both firms. They join a fully loaded new issue pipeline this week, with at least 10 other transactions on tap against a backdrop of intense macroeconomic volatility.
