Morgan Stanley preps Dutch conduit CMBS

Morgan Stanley announced a Dutch conduit CMBS, Oranje (ELoC 32), on Thursday.

The deal is backed by five loans, secured on 78 properties, mainly offices, exclusively located in the Netherlands.

On offer will be a €130.8m class ‘A’, an €18m class ‘B’, a €27.8m class ‘C’, a €19.5m class ‘D’, the lowest investment grade tranche, and a €2.7m class ‘E’. ...
