ICG, Babson line up as Euro CLO pipeline fills up

Intermediate Capital Group and Babson Capital have mandated banks for new CLOs as momentum in the European CLO market builds.

Babson’s CLO will be its first European CLO since 2007. It has hired Bank of America Merrill Lynch as arranger for its comeback transaction. Babson and ICG join 3i Debt Management, Carlyle Group and Alcentra in the pipeline.
